Measurements

One serving, approximately 500 ml

  • Lemon: 40–45 g
  • Fruit Honey: 40–45 g
  • Ice: A few cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Weigh 40–45 g of lemon and place it in the shaker
  • Cover the shaker and shake vigorously about 10 times
  • Add 40–45 g of fruit honey
  • Add water
  • Shake well to mix
  • Finally, add ice to taste
