Per serving:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g onion
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 2 g salt
- 1/2 scallion
- 2 ml cooking wine
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add the onion slices and salt, then stir for 60 seconds.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and fry one side for 30-45 seconds. Flip and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with cooking wine before removing from the pan.
- Plate the eggs and garnish with chopped scallions.
