Instructions

Preparing the Ingredients

  • Slice the beef into thin pieces
  • Cut the tomato into small chunks
  • Chop the green onion into scallions

  • Mince the garlic into garlic paste

Pre-treating the Beef

  • Add salt and pepper, and marinate for 15-20 minutes
